石英纤维滤膜(AQFA 型)
由超纯的石英纤维素制成,不含玻璃纤维或黏合剂树脂。 纯石英合成物可防止滤膜与酸性气体发生反应,不像玻璃纤维滤膜,会与酸性气体发生反应,导致错误结果。 这使得石英滤膜非常适用于重金属浓缩物及少量颗粒的检测(例如 USEPA PM 10 环境空气监测方法)。 该膜同时具有良好的重量和结构稳定性。

◆操作流程


  用4%十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)破坏屏障后,每周两次在剃毛的背部皮肤和两耳廓部涂抹100mg的AD。
  重复此步骤3周。共涂抹6次完成。

特应性皮炎样皮肤损伤的临床方面

在皮肤上观察到搔抓行为,红斑,丘疹,鳞屑,疮痂和苔藓病变

组织学评价

损伤皮肤表现在真皮和表皮显著增厚,角化过度和角化不全。
在损伤小鼠中观察到包括肥大细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞在内的皮肤炎症细胞数量的增加。
损伤小鼠中总数和脱颗粒的肥大细胞的数量多于正常小鼠。

  • 酸化剤が存在すると、白色から青色に変化します。
